UPDATE --- Excel Formulas Expert needed

UPDATE --- ANYONE PUTTING MULTIPLE DAYS FOR PROJECT LENGTH WILL BE EXCLUDED, as that tells me you are NOT an expert. You either “see it” right away after reading through my project description and the file I sent… Or you are not an expert – and are thus trying to waste my time, as you have not (presumably) read what I sent in full details. So, please be respectful of the marketplace here – and don’t be a fraud trying to “win work” you don’t know how to do. I am looking for an Excel Formulas Expert who can help me to create some formulas that "tie together" about 11 input fields/cells. There needs to be some 'circularity' in the formulas that are all-connected and so, provides a 'symmetry' that will tie/link everything together. Similar to an equation --- with a "=" in the middle - that links both of the sides. That being said...I don't know how to do that with Excel and I don't have the expertise/knowledge of Excel formulas to know if it is even possible. Which puts me/us in a tough spot -- because I don't want to hire someone who then says to me, "I can't do it, it's not possible." I don't want to waste either of our time - mine or yours. And so, I have attached a file here that shows the EXACT problem/task I am trying to solve for -- with detailed explanations for what each cell/field represents. If you know that creating such a set of 'connected' formulas is possible --- please do so, and send me 2 screenshots of the 'completed' cells --- that will have the amounts filled-in. One for the "30%" as included in CELL B4 (attached here). And then two - for some other % amount (not 15% or 60%). I will then 'check the math' on this end to make sure the numbers all add as they should. Then I will send you a specific follow-up response and award you the project. At the point, you can send/share the underlying "formulas" (details) that made the numbers presented on the screenshot, possible. I feel like my explanations within the attached are pretty detailed and specific - but, if you have any additional good/valid questions required to achieve the above, please feel free to reach out.
