I've got a partially completed solution already so need just finalize it. We need data downloaded from ebay (csv) integrated into a csv format that is required for Aust Post eparcel csv upload. Therefore it is a conversion from one csv format to another with some parameters and conditions. It needs to link into other data to upload weights for each product If anyone can link straight from ebay to eparcel that would be brilliant and preferred. It needs to be an easy seamless process that can be completed in a few minutes at the most as we have a quite few of these uploads to do every day. Must have worked with eparcel with previous projects 1) Only Serious Freelancers 2) Must be finished within one week

I have not worked with eparcel or ebay. Understand you are downloading file from ebay in csv format and wish to restructure it and create another csv. Evidently you need macro approach to do the job.
