Vertical handover between LTE and WiFi networks

simulate vertical handover/handoff from LTE to WiFi Parameter used is the Received signal strength of LTE and WiFi. As mobile station move from LTE to WiFi, RSS of LTE getting weaker but RSS of WiFi getting stronger. A threshold value of LTE's RSS is set to trigger the handover process and the handover process occurs in given period of time (Time To Trigger) parameters which need to evaluate to see the handover performance from LTE to WiFi are: mobile speed, time given for handover to occur (Time To Trigger) happy to answer any questions.
