Assist with Communications from Siemens WinCC to TP177B HMI PLC.

I'm having trouble making the connection between my PC (running Siemens WinCC) and a Simatic Panel typw TP177B. I require someone with in depth knowledge and experience of WinCC systems to assist me via teamviewer (or similar screen share software) and skype. I will be setting the upper limit at $30 and the assistance will last no longer than 1 hour maximum. You will receive full payment if you resolve the issue in less time. The worker will be required to be available for up to 1 hour between 6.00am and 10pm GMT. Bids from anywhere in the world are welcome but the worker must have clear English, including ability to communicate regarding technical nature of the task. *Please note that this task is for setting up communications only.
