I'm looking to develop a solar LED light circuit for a single cell lithium battery. The required voltage for the circuit needs to be 3.7V, and the battery needs to be a Li-ion battery. The LED lamp should have a wattage between 1-2W. The project requires someone with expertise in developing a specialized circuit that is suitable for solar-powered applications. The end result should be a fully functioning LED circuit that provides the necessary wattage to the LED lamp while operating at the specified voltage rating. - Solar panel 2.5w 5.5v -Using 1 cell lithium ion battery with BMS - output minimum 1.5w continue until battery drain (battery BMS cutoff 2.8v) - Auto on off function - on off manual switch - LED details 3.2v 60mA UV led - it's OK for me to battery charger directly from solar panel (battery BMS handle overcharge discharge) but led must work on full brightness

Hello there! I am Dharmesh, a Electronics and PCB Layout expert. I understand from your description that you are looking for someone with expertise in developing a specialized solar-powered circuit that is suitable for use with a single cell lithium battery. Specifically, you are looking for someone with experience in creating LED light circuits that require between 1-2W of power and have a 3.2V UV LED lamp with a 60mA current rating. I believe I am the perfect person for this project! With over 10 years of experience in electronics and PCB layout, I have the knowledge necessary to create a fully functional LED circuit that provides the necessary wattage to the LED lamp while operating at 3.7V voltage rating. Additionally, my end product should continue to function until the battery BMS cutoff point (2.8V), automatically turn on/off when exposed to sunlight, include an on/off manual switch as well as an auto-on/off function, and work without issue on full brightness without needing any battery charging from the solar panel directly. I would be delighted to assist you with developing your unique solar led light circuit! Please let me know if you would like me to discuss further or answer any additional questions

Hello! I am sure that I am able to develop your idea ? To ensure longer working li-ion, it's strongly recommend to include some circuit to safely charge battery. BMS is not able to regulate current going to battery. We can add photo resistor to detect day/night and potentiometer to fine tune detection threshold. Also it's important to calculate total power consumption, so lamp can operate in whole time with "night" condition at lower power or simply max power until BMS cutoffs. It's necessary to make buck boost LED driver to ensure that 3.2V LED will work at full power in low battery condition. In linear driver input voltage needs to higher with enough headroom than LED operating voltage and it's considerably less efficient. I believe that your project would be done in less than 3 days with rich features and great performance. It would be my first project on this platform and I want to give you the best quality possible in this simple project. If you have any questions please contact me.

Hi, This is Razak, I have been developing many solar-based products such as Solar inverters and Lighting systems even Cooling systems using high watts solar to low watts solar. For the above specification, I have already done a similar project and was put in an environment and worked without any failures. I hope this turns your attention to a project with me.
