Hi, I will not wast your time boasting about how good I'm and how much experience I've accumulated so, straight to the point: if I well understand you don't need software, you already have 64 PWM outputs from an Arduino or a micro. If this is correct I need some more information: Is the voltage you plan to control AC or DC ? What is the PWM (I assume that's PWM from your schema) frequency, commonArduino's ? What's the current you plan to draw @ 200V ? How much current/what is the voltage the PWM driver from the CPU supplies ? Is there the need to galvanic insulate (strongly suggested) the CPU from the HI-voltage circuit ? Do you need overvoltage/overcurrent protection ? Do you have resistive or inductive loads ? There are component's cost concerns ? I think I can have the circuitry cost @ about 2$/channel. I have a 400 V power supply and the instruments to make measurements, so I can also test the prototype for one channel and deliver you oscilloscope's snapshots of the output. Also, having so many outputs and inputs and therefore components I strongly suggest to realize also a PCB, if you like I can also realize it, mount one prototype (with some channels) and test & send it to you.
