Electronic Expert for Circuit Overview w NDA

We require an electronic engineering consultant with the expertise to review, confirm, improve component selection for a high voltage circuit under design (diagrams provided for approved candidate). Candidate will sign NDA. Work will include short written report/feed back on circuit and a 30 minute skype conversation with our circuit designer. Need FAST turnaround (24 hours or less) Overview: Basically a high-voltage signal pumped into a capacitive load, the "capacitor" formed by placing the emitting transducer against the affected object acting as the collector. The signal resulting from the collector side of the capacitive load is used as feedback to modify the source signal. POWER SUPPLY: A 20kV DC power inverter circuit using a MOSFET H-bridge with gate drivers that feeds a 5-stage full-wave Cockroft-Walton multiplier. CAPACITIVE LOAD: an emitter-transducer, electrically isolated from a large metal object. The load driven by a specialized component - a high-voltage optically-isolated linear regulator driven by a signal; power from the high-voltage supply. FEEDBACK: the signal passing into the collector side of the load, optically-isolated by a specialized high-voltage component in which the high-voltage signal is down-covered, and feed back to the signal generator.
