Quick word to pdf

Hi, I have a quick job for someone to convert a word document to a PDF. The PDF has to be: 1) secured so people can not copy and paste 2) all clickable links in the word document must work in the pdf 3) the table of contents is clickable in the word document to the page and this has to work also in the pdf. I then want you to create a new pdf with the first seven pages of the word document and add onto it 1 page I will send you in a seperate word doc. Should take someone 15min max if you are familar with adobe.
