Drupal Commerce Coupon Issue

I have an existing Drupal install using Commerce. The Commerce Coupon module has been installed and was working as expected for three months. Now it is broken. I am able to add a coupon code in the checkout area, and it applies the discounted amount. When the "continue" button is pushed to move to the payment screen, the discount disappears. I have tried uninstalling the module and re-installing it with no luck. I had some other issues on my site in the past few days and another update may be causing the interference, but I cannot locate the issue. This is an urgent matter as we have an event in 3 days that is relying on this functionality.
