RealTime RS10 Communication Issue

I have developed a custom application in .NET to communicate with RealTime RS10 Biometric machine to fetch live data. I had the application running for the last 2 years but after formatting and reinstalling, it isn't working. I am having issues communicating with Machine via the custom software. Before applying for this job, here are attempts I made to make it work. Apply only if you have a definite and different solution than these. 1. I have registered all the required DLLs in System32 and SysWOW64 folder successfully. 2. All the LAN configurations are correct, I can ping the machine and the machine is properly communicating with RealTime's software Access Control fetching live data. 3. I have tried their Communication utility but couldn't connect through it. I need a developer having experience in .NET and RealTIme Biometrics. As I said, the software was running so no new development needed. Just make it work as before. Regards
