HTML Desktop Background app to run Apps & Games3

A simple small windows app, so that when it runs it opens an HTML file as fullscreen to cover the whole desktop. watch video to understand 100% [login to view URL] The HTML file will have clickable links to other HTML files, and when clicked the other HTML pages will appear. Inside the HTML pages, there will be links to start windows programs on the local hard drive. example 1 <area target="_top" coords="185,882,262,987" shape="rect" href="run:C:/Users/15/AppData/Local/AOL/AIM/[login to view URL]"> (windows EXE file) example 2 <area target="_top" coords="285,884,371,990" shape="rect" href="run:c:\Program%20Files\Windows%20Live\Messenger\[login to view URL]"> (windows link file) APP NAME will called: HTMLDESKTOP APP will be installed in the directory c:\htmldesktop inside the app folder these will be the [login to view URL] file, HTML files and folders with images. etc. there will be a config file as well [login to view URL] The config file will have the following settings -------------------------------------------------------------------------- [USER] NAME=admin PASSWORD=1234 WEB=C:\htmldesktop\[login to view URL] (this tells the app which HTML file to open at first) AUTORUN=0 * when the app is running it should only be visible in the windows system tray. and when right-clicked you can shut it down, or change its settings. at which time it will ask for a password. ---------------------------------------------------------- REQUIREMENTS * The app should not consume a lot of memory. no more than 20MB. * The app should be written in a good programing language * once the job is done, I will give remote access to a windows 10 machine so you can demo it to me that it works. * once fully accepted and tested together. I will release 50% and you will share the source code along with the readme file to explain how it can be rebuilt in case we need to update it 3 years later, we should be able to rebuild it.
