Reposting this job to clarify - I have an existing Delphi 2010 application and want to integrate a function which allows me to make a phone call using the softphone application '3CXPhone. There is an API which makes this possible. The API is a DLL/.NET library. There are two API's - CRM Plugin API ([login to view URL]) - not needed. - Call Control API ([login to view URL]) this is what we will use. This link also contains the full documentation in a ZIP file. Writing a Delphi wrapper for this API will be very easy for an experienced programmer, since we only need to initiate an outbound call and do not use the more sophisticated functions which the API offers re incoming calls etc. Maximum budget 150 USD.
