I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with a data processing project. The project involves processing both text and numeric data. The data tables are already in the desired format and ready to go. The end goal of this data processing project is to merge Table B into Table A. SCOPE OF WORK VOTER ROLL 1.0 Merging Two Tables of 5.5 million records There are approximately 5.5 million persons in this database (Table A). The database/tables (a and b) are large comma separated file. The files will be shared via google drive. It is far too large for excel. The history of these persons is contained in a separate table that documents whether they voted in the past four elections. We need to merge the two tables so that the voter histories match with the relevant voter. There is a unique key-id number in Table A and Table B. Once the key is matched, the history from Table B needs to be written in Table A. 2.0 Voter History Then we need to ensure we have the two general and two primary election fields narrowed down with binary marks: Vote in 2022 general: Y/N Vote in 2022 primary: Y/N Vote in 2020 general: Y/N vote in 2020 primary: Y/N 4.0 Putting the Data On Gigasheets The Programmer will take the merged tables (the voter roll merged with the voting history table) and will upload the finished table into gigasheets. Moreover, the Programmer will work with me to assist with setting the data columns in the most efficient order (likely city, voting history, and precinct number as the first few columns). But, those particular will be determined as the project progresses. 5.0 Confidential Information. The data supplied is sensitive. The output of the data after the Scope of Work is completed is also sensitive and must not be shared for any other purpose for any other reason. The Programmer promises to keep all of the data and information gathered from work on this project secure and will not publish or share the data, information, or strategy learned from this relationship with any other person for any other reason. 6.0 Timeline. I need this work done in a week. I will pay a bonus (negotiable) if you can produce it in five days. Obviously I cannot pay for partial work—all of the work must be done before I issue payment, and I will not issue partial payments, as partial work simply does nothing for the project. Incidentally, I have other data projects that I’m putting out for bid concurrently. The satisfactory completion of this project will cause me to give strong consideration to imminent future projects.
