Deep Learning Algorithm for use in the field of Agriculture -- 2

Hi there, first of all, this project only aims at freelancers based in Germany, the person must have a freelancing or self-employment license ("Gewerbeschein" o. ä.) in Germany. With the help of deep learning strategies an algorithm should be implemented that can predict certain things in Agriculture, meaning, my customers are farmers. As we do not have any real world data yet, synthetic data would have to be generated first. For further details please send me a note. Company/time frame: The company is a startup that is funded by ESA and EU incentives. The project has to start very soon and be finished by the end of this year.
