I'm in charge of translating and transcribing conversations which prison inmates and detainees hold with police officers, detectives, and other prisoners. Speakers are usually of Hispanic origin which means they speak "Spanglish," Spanish or English. As a result of the content of the text, the translation is mainly colloquial.
