I'm in need of an individual or team that can transcribe handwritten names, email addresses, and phone numbers from scanned single-column PDF files. These scanned pages are entirely in English. The accuracy required for data entry is 95%. This means there may be a slight margin for error, but overall attention to detail is required. The output must be a CSV file sorted by name, allowing easy access to information. Skills and experience: - Proficient in data entry with an accuracy of at least 95% - Familiar with CSV file formatting and sorting - Able to read and transcribe handwritten English text from scanned images - Experience in transcribing textual data from PDF files A person with previous experience in similar projects will be preferred. Accuracy, attention to detail, and good organization skills will be key to the successful completion of this project. There are around 3000 records in total. I'm looking for two quotes. First quote is for 107 records in the first batch. Second quote is for 3000 records. If I'm happy with the result from the first batch and the quote for the 3000 is acceptable we will move forward from there. The estimated budget is for the first 107 records. The data is on the public record so there are no privacy issues however I will send the pdf's. I've attached a blurred example of how the data usually appears in the pdf's. Delivery of the first batch by 01 Feb 24.
