Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator Promote the website by contacting local businesses / venders ( manufacturers, whole sellers, SMEs and privet sellers etc.) by email / social media / WhatsApp etc. • Check data accuracy in orders and approve venders registration • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries • Maintain and update sales and customer records • Develop monthly sales reports ( insure minimum registration target of 20 vender registration per day) • Communicate important feedback from customers internally • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations To be proactive and come up with ideas to increase vender and customer registration and sales.
