I'm currently working as a Training and Organizational Development Head of Monocrete Construction Philippines, Inc. English is the language that we use to facilitate training. I conduct modules on Effective Communication Skills and Supervisory Development Programs to professionals. I worked as an online english tutor a couple of years before with Hanbat and I catered to various students including kids. I had a couple of years of call center experiences with BPO companies such as Telus (catering to Canadians) and Optus (Australian account) I am able to adapt my teaching methodologies and techniques depending on who I am tutoring. My ten years of work experiences and social skills is one of my assets as a tutor. I am optimistic that I can share a lot of my knowledge and skills to all of my students who are eager to learn to speak and write the English language. I can work on weekdays (morning and evening) and even on weekends (morning only). I'm using a laptop hooked to a broadband connection with 3Mbps uploading speed.
