I need to export GPS position data (Eastings and Northings) from a csv/or an xyz file into another Excel file that I can then use to convert data into Kml file.
When I open the Excel file (that you would create), should ask for the input excel file. Now this can be either csv or xyz file. So, either the same promts ask for any of these two, or there are two prompts and I select one that I want. I leave this to you.
After I have inputted a file, there should be a button to do the transformation and then I should get an option to save the new file.
PS note that I only need the first two columns from the input file.
Input files have easting and northing as first two columns, whereas the outfile has northing and easting.

Hi, I would like to offer my candidacy for this job, I don't speak fluent English, so I write through the translator. But I feel at home with all the necessary skills to perform this task. I understand that you had better hire a freelancer with high feedback and rating. But the lack of reviews may mean incompetence.
I would be very grateful if you gave me a chance to begin its work on freelancing. Thank you.
I just completed a project on KML files generation from CSV.
So I can either write a script your CSV to Excel CSV or better your CSV to KML directly.
We will need to talk in detail before taking on the work.
you can show me what you want on teamviewer and I will put the spec together free of charge.
it is essential to have requirements written down.
Dear employer,
I have experience with importing GIS data and creating spreadsheets both as a professional archaeologist and while working on my MA for the University of York. I think I pressed three days, but this most likely can be done in less than one day. Please let me know if you are interested or if there is any more information you need to know.
Sincerely,
Heather Tanner
