I have extensive experience with data entry transferring manufacturing books (of Hoogovens @IJmuiden) into electronic format and other kind of data entry into Excel as part of my IT professional career which is more than 30 years. From my previous Engineering background and my current Architecture background I work precisely with an eye for detail. As the product will be a CSV-file it would be rather easy to transform into Excel and XLS format for visual checking what I intend to do and therefore providing the best possible quality. My proposal is based on the following: -> 316 pages of each approximately 20 company records which makes about 6000 records. -> average pace around 2-3 records / minute -> total time needed between 2000-3000 minutes, which would be 40 hours (in the case of 2400 minutes) Based on good readable paper-printed book and a common structure of all records I foresee that the job can be performed in one week of 40 hours. The tasks I foresee (to be discussed further in case of proposal acceptance) is: - data entry paper document of 316 pages into Excel CSV format - check for correctness to provide best possible quality I am open for other suggestions.
