Email data verification and adding to Excel

1. You will visit Library Site A to view two types of businesses. 2. Following my video brief, you will check each record to check the website is working for each one and look for the name of the creative director, e.p, head of production, producer, or MD and copy their name. As a last resort we use the name of the MD or the CEO. 3. You will enter the name into Site B ( email verification site ) and check variants of the email until you have a green light illustrating that the email address and syntax is correct. For example you will try first name dot second name or first name at or initial dot surname and firstnamesurname until you have a verified email. 4. You will enter the correct email address into the data sheet I provide along with the telephone number you find on Site A. There are 160 records left to check in one category and 99 in another. I may after the project double check all the emails and so in order that you are protected I recommend taking screen shots of all verified emails from that site. If when I email these people I sense you have just made up and not verified the emails this may result in a feedback rating or failure to complete the project. I will not accept a file with a selection of made up emails such as a guess for each one. I have completed half of this task and am aware of how long each email record takes to identify and also to check and verify the longest email normally takes up to 90 seconds meaning that we should be able to achieve around 50 records per hour recorded and so this essentially is around a 5 hour project. Good workers will be awarded more projects. I have been working with one VA for more than 6 years. Failed sites are not to be counted. We are also looking for records that note in their credits - factual entertainment, or documentary. If the business only deals with Kids or deals with Comedy only then we do not need to check it and list it.
