As a Customer Service Representative, You are responsible for providing support to our Clients via different channels such as Email., Chat and over the Phone. You are expected to provide the best customer support, identify opportunities to further enhance relationship with our new and existing clients, Resolve complaints in a respectful and timely. You are also to ensure that the customers are fully satisfied. This is a Remote position for $30 per hour. You must be a US resident in order to qualify for this position.

Then, I was transferred to the Virgen Mobile voice campaign and once the Virgen mobile campaign closed, I was transferred to the email and chat team of Toys R Us, since they saw my commitment and great people skills. I have also worked for Target´s chat team, as well. I have dealt with angry customers that ended up to be very pleased with the job I provided. My job is my first priority. I take it very seriously. Fifteen dollars an hour for a maximum of five days per week and a maximum of forty hours per week would be an ideal situation for me. If you would like me to work over forty hours a week I would want 22 dollars an hour for those hours over forty. I have experience as a customer service representative and I am qualified for this position.
