I'm looking for a Jquery programmer that can create a customizable Jquery sidebar that works with and without Wordpress. Here are the specs: 1) lightweight ideally less than 20kb 2) easy to install and customize (i.e. be able to change colors, icons, etc) 3) cross browser compatible 4) should use Jquery when possible but should fall back on CSS if needed 5) should follow the user as he scrolls up and down the page What I need is something similar to www.sticklr.net. Max price $30
