We currently are using CRM Online and are working to create a custom sales process. We want to hire someone to do specific customizations in CRM to be able to allow us to monitor KPI's and track information important to our sales process. The first stage of this project is managing leads and the process of what information is transferred when qualified. I need a couple reports or dashboards built based on this process.
