Cre Loaded need nice order HTML mail and Invoice print

Hi we have a cre loaded installation with a standard txt order confirmation mail and standard invoice for print in admin. We need the order mail set up nice in html with logo and nice styles.. verdana font...plz. look attached rough sketch... if the order mail could contain small thumbs of products ordered its even better. Must be compatible with all major email readers like Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010, Gmail, Hotmail, Windows Live Mail, Horde etc. and also mac platform compatible. The Invoice need few changes also.. we send info later
