Super Mario Project in C++ and Qt Library

I already have a code for my super Mario games and it works on top. but I want to add 3 things. 1) I want to add good enemies for Mario, meeting them he will have 5 more lives. 2) With the number of Coin Mario has already eat , I want the number of life is readable at the top of the screen. 3) I want to add a key by pressing this key Mario flies for 5 seconds. by flying it is possible that he eats Coins. to finish i want all the changes and classes to add and comment on these classes and what it does, all of it be written to a .txt file and comments on those classes in the code too.
