Execute engaging product packaging, collateral, and signage from concept to delivery of print-ready assets Develop structural packaging designs suitable for shipping direct to consumer, and for sale in retail environments. Produce presentation-quality 2D & 3D renders of packaging and retail displays Review samples, proofs and prototypes quickly and thoroughly Help grow our brand awareness and ensure brand consistency Incorporate eye-catching photography into packaging designs to maximize engagement Illustrate vector icons and diagrams that clearly communicate product features and benefits Assist with sourcing of materials to increase quality and sustainability, keeping packaging out of the trash and minimizing our carbon footprint Use data and customer research to inform design decisions that generate increasingly effective results Provide clear and constructive feedback to your team members that inspires their best work Strategize with the team to create better processes for existing workflows Demonstrate proactive organizational, time management, and prioritization skills when faced with ambiguous challenges and limited direction
