Promote Facebook Application

I need an experienced facebook marketer to promote my new application. Application targets only users on USA (and possibly to include UK next month) so please note only accounts with friends from USA will work for this promotion. Im open to ideas about how you are going to promote the application. I am willing to pay on results, because i cant really know how many people you invited or sent a message. If you are going to bid please provide the following information, let me know if you did this kind of marketing before, (if yes provide some metric details), your methods of doing this, timeframe, expected results for me, your compensation rates.
