Lead Data Analyst / Customer Support Professional (up to $40 / hour)

Dynamic Benchmarking is privately owned and rapidly growing web startup, and we're hiring! We are seeking a **Lead Data Analyst** to launch new deployments of our Dynamic Benchmarking platform. Dynamic Benchmarking has created a configurable business intelligence (benchmarking) platform for industry association and franchise company clients. This position is responsible for all configuration and deployment activities after a customer contract has been signed. Configuration of the platform is performed through a set of Windows and browser-based configuration tools as well as through basic HTML and CSS configuration. This is a part-time position that will require approximately 24 hours per week on an ongoing basis. The specific number of hours per week may vary based on the timeline of the active projects. There is significant opportunity to grow into a full time position for the right person. The position can be filled by any U.S. based employee, and native English speaker, with a fast internet connection and a quiet working environment (home office). Clear communication skills are essential as you will be interacting directly with customers over phone and email. Dynamic Benchmarking is headquartered near Manchester, NH, and candidates in the local area will be given preference if you can attend weekly team meetings in person. ***** SEE DETAILED REQUIREMENTS FOR MORE INFORMATION ***** ## Deliverables **Job Responsibilities** * Set up and maintain project plan for each client * Coordinate and conduct regular meetings (weekly) with client * Coordinate project-related activities with DB team members * Configure solution per client requirements * Author and update support documentation * Provide project launch marketing support * Conduct client and user initial launch training via GoToMeeting * Provide ongoing email and phone support post launch **Minimum Qualifications** * Very strong written and verbal English communication skills * Superior organization skills, ability to make independent decisions and multi-task * Highly proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Experience with file management, text editors, FTP, and basic web design skills using HTML and CSS skills (ability to be able to make basic site changes like uploading images, changing color schemes, etc.) * No software programming or coding is required **Preferred Experience** * Client management and post-sales business experience * Experience in user-facing IT related environment
