Project Title: Family Law - Divorce Legal Advice Overview: I am seeking legal advice for my ongoing divorce proceedings. I need an experienced family law attorney who can provide guidance and support throughout the process. Project Requirements: - Expertise in family law, specifically divorce cases - There's "Notice of Family Claim" claimed on March 2022. The respondent was in China and never shown up until Feb. 2023. And had her lawyer issued the "Counter claim" in early May 2023. - I responded to the counter claim in late May 2023 and applied for Judicial Case Conference. - The Judicial Case Conference was occurred on July 21, 2023, with 6 court orders. - I responded to the 4 of court orders and sent to the respondent with updated F8 and F51 on Oct 13, 2023. - The F8 was filed to the registered court in Prince George BC with descriptions related to the orders. - The F51.1 couldn't be filed without consent and the other 2 responses to the orders from respondent. How can I proceed the court process for no respond, no consent from respondent? - Ability to provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance - Strong understanding of local laws and regulations related to divorce - Excellent communication skills to effectively explain legal concepts and options - Availability to answer questions and address concerns promptly Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven track record of successfully handling divorce cases and providing sound legal advice - Extensive knowledge of child custody, asset division, and spousal support laws - Experience in negotiating settlements and representing clients in court - Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or collaborative law Additional Information: - The client prefers to work with a professional who can provide both legal advice and representation if necessary - Confidentiality and discretion are of utmost importance If you have the expertise and experience in divorce law and can provide the necessary legal advice and support, please submit your proposal.
