Operations Manager for Reels Agency

Must speak absolutely exceptional English. We're in search of an Operations Manager for our quickly expanding reels agency. We take our clients' long form footage from their Podcasts and Talk shows and cut them into short punchy reels for social media. This person would be responsible for: (but not limited to) - Ensuring our operations team is running at full efficiency at all times - keeping a watchful eye on all projects to ensure the success of each client account. - Communicating with clients, taking their feedback and implementing with the team and relentlessly following through on their requests until they are met. - Getting on calls with clients as needed to check in with them and go over account details with them (usually once per month) or if there are issues that require a call. - Filling out daily feedback forms for our founders to see the progress of specific client accounts and the overall status of those accounts at a glance. - Sending out regular hype messages to clients. - Treating the entire operations team as your own, monitoring systems and ensuring nothing goes wrong, and problem solving if issues arise. The right person would ideally have or be -- - Extensive knowledge of social media and algorithms (not 100% necessary) - Excellent organization skills - you know how to get work done on time and not miss little details. -Excellent problem solving skills (you find a way) - Be outgoing and willing to speak to people with a charismatic attitude. - Be driven and have the capacity to spend 3-4 hours per day on this project. This job will start at $1500/month for a 3 month probationary period and go up to $2000+ a month thereafter depending on performance. This job could one day see a much higher rate as we scale.
