Changing appearance of Cold Fusion E-commerce site

I have an e-commerce site http://www.dbworkwear.com. that needs some aesthetic changes. It just needs to be enhanced a little. I have an example of a similar site that I like the look of, http://www.ameri-forminc.com. There isn't any programming necessary but the developer should know Cold Fusion as the site structure uses templates and is difficult to follow. I can provide ftp access and also a online web editor for the site to interested parties. Please read the project first and write the word "Understood".
