Classic Cartoon Animations for Website

CARTOONIST REQUIRED TO PRODUCE 50 MASTERPIECES I am constructing an Australian Migration Website. As in the case of a lot of other websites on the internet, our site consists of a landing page and a large number of supporting web pages, providing information regarding the various aspects of Australian migration. Migration regulations are of course legal matters and as such, are normally monotonous. in our attempt to create a bit of interest in an otherwise monotonous subject, it is our plan to introduce a bit of humor by springling some cartoons onto some 50 web pages. The name of our website is called Double A Migration. We want to create a character called Mr Double A, representing the Web Administrator. We want to create another character named Ms Double A, the Secretary assisting Mr Double A, in performing the daily chores in the running of the website. Then we have Client 1 and Client 2, whose character descriptions are given here: DESCRIPTIONS ON CARTOON CREATION [ A ] INTRODUCTION I am in the process of constructing a website. in an attempt to bring in a bit of sparkle onto an otherwise monotonous subject, I am planning to insert some cartoons as animation. [ B ] CHARACTERS The name of our website is Double A Migration, and I would like to create some characters for our series of cartoons: 1) Mr Double A (Mr DA) A 70-year-old man | balding | glasses | with a dirty old man mannerism. 2) Ms Double A (Ms DA) A young lady | curvy | sexily dressed | innocent looking. 3) Client 1 A middle-aged male | nicely dressed | business-like. 4) Client 2 A middle-aged female | bespectacled | tidily dressed | forbidding looking. To match and blend in with our theme color, we suggest the cartoons be in black & white, or with the light tinge of a color compatible with blue. For some important web pages, we need cartoons with more details for which we plan to pay AUD 20 each.
