WebSocket client for public API

High-level description: We need to build robust and highly available library for collecting real-time exchange data. Possibility of follow-up cooperation (we need aprox. 30 more data sources clients). Project budget is for 3 data sources: 1) [login to view URL] (Trades & Orderbook) 2) [login to view URL] (Trades & Orderbook) 3) [login to view URL] (Trades & Orderbook) Acceptance test: - Library will be running without failure in Azure as continous WebJob for one week (we will wrap library, deploy it and test output data) Requirements: - Abstract interface for subscribing and consuming data over multiple data sources via web-socket - Using .NET Standard 2.0 - No dependencies on existing data collecting libraries (there are several on Github - but with no reconnecting strategy, no multi thread) - Need to handle reconnecting for 24/7 service (high availability) data providers are often unreliable - Needs to be able to simultaneously send data (subscribe), receive data (handle data) and monitor socket state (probably 3 independent threads) - Subscribing & Unsubscribing to specific currency pairs - Data to collect: Trades & Orderbook Feel free to ask any questions
