Script and Animator Controller for Unity 3D (c# or JS)

Looking for a Unity developer to write one or more scripts (preferably c#) and an set up an Animator Controller to control the enemy animations I'll provide the enemy prefab and it's animations in a unitypackage file. Here's a pseudocode.
