Write me a LSL (Second Life Script)(Linden Scripting Language)

Hello, my name is Owain and i need two custom scripts made for my new product "Chrome HUD" in the HUD there are two options i want the buyer to have a teleporter script where i can place the script in an object and i can click the object and a menu appears, in the menu for the teleporter i want the script to detect who is in the sim im in and it displays all the avatars name in the dialog box, once the buyer clicks on the avatars name i want two options to appear "Teleport to Avatar" what this will do once the buyer clicks that option particles appears and all the buyer has to do is sit on the particles and then they get teleported to the avatar, also the other option when the user clicks the avatar name i want a beamup option two where the buyer clicks beamup option once the buyer clicks the beamup option i want particles to appear on the avatar that the buyer clicked from the menu dialog and the avatar sits on it to beamup to the buyer - thats it for the teleporter, the other script is emotions separate script where i can put it in a object and i can click the object and a menu appears, once the menu appears the first option is install emotions once they click install emotions a object will appear where they will drag textures into the object that has appeared once they have dragged all the textures the buyer has desired he will click the object to install it in the HUD once that is done the textures will come up in the menu option once the buyer clicks on the desired texture i want it to appear above the avatars head as an example something like brb on top of his head if you have seen those before, also i need a turn off option where once they click it the emotion that is currently displayed on top of the avatars head will disappear, the scripts can only be used by the avatar is owned by if anyone else clicks on the script i want it to do nothing and say access denied , well thats what i need i need a fixed price if thats possible i dont have a lot of money, i hope to hear from you soon!
