Just need to write a modular c program. that reads a string of a defined maximum length from the keyboard. This input should have the ROT13 process applied to it and then output the result. Note that this process should maintain capitalisation differences and retain all non-alphabetic characters unmodified. After outputting the result, the program should ask the user if they wish to input another value and, if so, repeat the process. Hint: the ability of the modulus operator to limit a value to within a fixed range may be useful in solving this problem. - Will suply more details if you understand the task and looking for lower bidders only.

This particular project needs a module which will take a string input from the keyboard, and has to carry out character-by-character replacing using the ROT13 process(A is replaced with N, etc) and has to ignore capitalization differences, ignoring other characters from the alphabetic set, with the option of continuing the same process with another input or exit the program. I have been designing such modules from the past 3 years and if given a chance to do this, i could give you a perfect module, like i have done in the past.

I realize that i am new here but I am confident that i can meet your expectations for this project. As far as I understand you need a basic C program that gets a string and converts it, if you do not have any implementation restrictions, the way I would do it is make a function that does the conversion, and implement all of the other requirements in Main.
