C# to VB.net conversion

I need to have a C# example program converted to vb.net This code is publicly available in a SDK. I have to little knowledge myself about C# to do it myself, i always used vb.net. The SDK is attached to this post. My budget is currently not very big, but the project which needs converting is not very big either. This program uses a electronic identity card, so testing it will probably have to be done by me. Since debugging will be impossible without the card reader. I understand this will be somewhat problematic.
