C code to a DLL file to be used in VB

I have 88 lines of C code that generates a checksum based on an URL that you input. I need the code to be converted into a DLL-file or an OCX for use in a Visual Basic 6 project. The idea is that you simply send the URL to the DLL/OCX and it gives you the checksum back.
