We can read .exe in byte array and than do some byte operations like rotating bits for n steps based on offeset of first array. I have a lot of ideas and if you accept my bid we can talk about it. I have some experience with RCE on Windows platform (PE file format etc.,) and we can make pretty good project. Or we can use WPA2 to crypt the byte of .exe file.

I can give you the FUD crypter and source for $333, any extra features will cost extra but we can negotiate that. I can implement features such as AV killer (I can kill and uninstall common AV s/w), protected process (victim cannot stop or remove the process), I can also implement an assembly randomizer which will make each crypt completely unique to the previous one.
