Word 2007 Ribbon

Can you customise the ribbon bar in the next version of Word? I'll start you off with a link to microsoft's site where they tell you how to do it. [login to view URL] I need to add a new Tab to the ribbon and add four commands (macros) to it. The project is to do this. Whatever files you create need to be documented so I can change the label of the new Tab and link to my macros. Please note: This project was previously listed with a lower budget but didn't attract any serious bidders.
