I am downloading price quotes for around 700 stocks and the SP500 every day (2 minutes interval data). Using these values I calculate the Beta values using the 900 latest data. I need an application that automatically can download/store the data every day at a set time, and then calculate the values and save them in a list. Every three months when the SP500 changes I need to change the data symbol for the SP500 (saving the old data for the old symbol, reloading it into the new, and then start downloading the data for the new one like a rollover). Also, I need to change the stock list from time to time, and the order which the output is saved for the stocks.

I can compute beta and more complex other financial indicators. I can also implement automatic http or ftp download of data. C#, C,or PHP (server side) solution. More clarification is required on data source, as qcharts seems to provide an application and not a data repository.
