FM Genie scout clone

This program takes a uncompressed saved game of football manager (in game the user first must deselect compressed game so it doesnt compress), it then reads this file and gets all the information from the database, information such as the individual stats for heading, tackling etc... - The program does not need to have all the fancy graphics, just the default coolers and standard buttons are fine. - It needs to have the ability to list all players and each of there attributes, list all the clubs and there information and list all the staff with there attributes and information. - It needs the ability to save all this information into a file with each line having a player/club or staff members information on it. - The code must be easy to read and fully commented. The program i want will be to read a saved file from the new version of the game when it comes out. Regular updates or changes maybe needed. I don't expect this to take someone with knowledge of the subject too long, i myself could program most of the program i am asking for within a day, its just reading the file, i am not asking for a full copy but just the bare minimum of the program as stated, more detailed information will be provided.
