Job Title: Business Services Job Overview: The Business Services Representative is a semi-autonomous position responsible for all programmatic promotional and employer related activities. Develops and implements agreed upon business outreach plan which will meet business goals of expanding customer base. Works within the business services team for the achievement of customer satisfaction, lead generation, and long-term employer relational goals in line with company vision and values. Individual accountabilities and work volume will be established through the development of annual Success Objectives, within the framework outlined below. Responsibilities and Duties Develops a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Understands current employment trends and adapts to changing markets. Develops a focused business outreach plan in conjunction with Program Manager, which details activities to follow during a set time frame. Understands and effectively communicates program vision, model, and execution strategies. Develops loyal and long-lasting client relationships through personal attention and follow-up. Demonstrates a consultative sales-related approach utilizing strong communication skills to procure/maintain new employer relationships and job orders. Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes. Qualifications Education level: Equivalent to a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public administration, business administration or a related field. Experience: A proven successful track record of relationship building and leveraging new/existing business relationships to procure additional opportunities. Specific skills: Operational characteristics, services and activities of a Business Services program, Modern and complex principles and practices of program development, Principles of budget preparation and control, Principles of supervision, training and performance evaluation, Pertinent Federal, State, and local laws, codes and regulations.
