Hi, Greetings, I’m glad to hear about your project on applying predictive analysis on the call centre service, and I am confidence in helping you with my experience in data analytics in my workplace and postgraduate student in one of the world famous university in Hong Kong. To address your first concern about what data should be included in the analysis, I’d say it depends, but usually it’s important to understand 1) when, 2) duration, 3) origins of calls, 4) intents of customers, 5) follow-ups by staffs, 6) phone num and other information that can tell about the conversation details. It’d be a long term project in views of mutual benefits since the analytics and models requires our deep conversation and refinement.
