From a Quantity Surveyor eyes, the first step of a successful project is accuracy in taking off quantities and developing estimate. With over 10 years of experience in taking off, estimating and practial construction projects management skills and techniques, I'm in a position to not only details but accuracy with out mistakes. I have a keen understanding on value management, value engineering and value analysis. The application principles, methods and or procedure is well understood. As a construction manager during the construction if a six bedroom Tarrace duplexes, value engineering was well used and updates to design and process were monitor through construction cloud and meetings which aidded us so well to arrive at the unique affordable duplexes. Tools such as plan swift, Autodesk and Microsoft Project are my acurecy tools. I'm also a lecturer with 5 years of experience in teaching students taking off, Estimating and construction activities. I'm also a researcher, and I'm currently studying for my Masters degree in Quantity Surveying.
