Hand-rendered illustration for the main page

I am looking for a talented artist who can create a hand-rendered illustration for the main page of my business website and suggest a color palette for the website design. I work in the area of construction layout and surveying. The primary purpose of my website is to attract potential clients and showcase my services and experience. The slogan of the company is "Proper sight angle to your site". It comes out of using surveying equipment that requires setup in the most beneficial location in order to use the advantages of a high-precision instrument effectively. I wish a hand-rendered illustration style that is inherent in architecture, unique, and eye-catching. The illustration should prominently feature area of business by highlighting building structural components that are subject of our job and demonstrate some professional instruments and attributes. An isometric section of 2-3 levels of a building under construction should be rendered. The purpose of illustration is to be a nice unique feature on the main page that focuses on some of the featured objects such as footings, foundation walls, slabs, columns, beams, underground parking garage ramps, staircases, landings, elevator shafts, you name it. Normally all those objects are well familiar to construction professionals. Feel free to pick at least 2-3-4 listed structure that you can handle most successfully for your sketch. Also, some easily recognizable professional surveying stuff can be used in the illustration. For instance, it can be construction grid lines (they can be red solid), a geodetic symbol of an elevation benchmark (google it), a professional layout man looking into a visor of an optical level (optional), his mate holding a surveying rod (red-white with black numbers, google). Those elements can be exaggerated to catch an eye of a user. The illustration should fill approx. 1/3-1/2 of screen space. The designer should maintain a good balance of drawing in detail and at the same time keeping it clear. I attached a sketch to show an actual composition of the main page. The attached sketch is for the understanding of the project task only. Don't use it as a template for your work. The choice of a color array is at the designer's discretion. As long as we deal with concrete and steel structures (grey, cold), the challenge for the designer is to make the illustration come alive through the use of warm colors of architectural renderings color palette. Another task of a designer is to convey through the image the commitment of the business to accuracy and reliability. The designer provides color codes for further implementation in the website design. The existing website design and layout are not presented but can be revealed on request. Although, I attached one of the concepts of the main page design that, unfortunately, was completely dissatisfactory. The final image should be a standard jpg. or png. file with a high resolution. The ideal skills and experience for this project include proficiency in architectural hand rendering and familiar with web design. Be at liberty to ask all necessary questions.
