Hi, i am an Architect and 3d designer. I am working with clients in Australia on some housing and residential projects maintaining BCA guidelines. I would like to know the location for your commercial building project. Also if you can mention what will be in the upper floor of the 3 levels, perhaps it got omitted out. If you have the lot plan/site plan it would be helpful in determining the shape and design of the building.
