We're seeking a talented Remote Retail Visual Designer to join our team part-time. You'll be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective planograms, visual merchandising strategies, and window displays for small-format retail spaces. If you've got a keen eye for design and a knack for maximizing retail space, we'd love to hear from you! You will need to focus on creating a visually pleasing and organized layout for showcasing my products and keeping up to date with socked core range items liaising with the buyer to know whats in and out and lisasing store managers on what is popular. Key Responsibilities 1) Design engaging and effective retail planograms to optimize retail space and improve the customer experience. 2) Create eye-catching shop seasonal displays that align with store infrastructure, and marketing campaigns. 3) Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and design team members and external printers to execute on plans. 4) Monitor the implementation of designs and iterate based on performance metrics. 5) Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and software to stay competitive. Requirements 1) 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in retail graphic design and/or retail visual merchandising design. 2) Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator) 3) Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. 4) Ability to leverage Chat GPT. 5) Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines. 6) Portfolio showcasing your best work. Bonus Points: 7) Previous experience working remotely 8) Familiarity with small format or consumer electronics retail spaces.
