Industrial Developer / Build-to-Suit Brochure

I am looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a 2to 4pg. Build-to-Suit brochure that will provide information about our services and capabilities. The brochure should have a traditional and professional design, with a preference for a digital (PDF) format. We are looking for something that is a very clean look and will look good with a glossy print, and will really pop!
